We offer the Latest Technology:  Encompass Professional Origination Software – which is a complete Mortgage Management System coupled with the Optimal Blue Pricing Engine.

These resources include: a High Impact Website with Electronic Document Management for each loan officer, Contact Management & Marketing Center, Advanced Lead Management System, and a CRM Tool.   Direct access to our underwriting guidelines, on line.

You will have Real Time Loan Tracking of files from processing to closing.

Our WestStar Mortgage Branch Offices  continue to run  their own branch as an “owner” in charge.  You will continue to make all the day to day business decisions for your branch.

We handle the “Back Office” work - Accounting, Payroll, Secondary Marketing, HR, Benefits, Compliance, IT, Loan & Admin Support, Training and More!

A Full Eagle HUD Approved Lender since 2000, we have funded over $ 4.0 Billion in loans with an 80% pull through ratio. Our originators are knowledgeable, professional and constantly offered training to enhance their skills.
                                                                                       
The branch offices of WestStar Mortgage, Inc earn 100% of any YSP that’s shown on our rate sheet. The additional fees you may charge on a loan including origination  fees, discount points, or other acceptable or compliant  fees, that appear on the HUD-1 settlement statement are credited to your profit center.

WestStar Mortgage, Inc charges $845 per loan which covers underwriting and $399 ($250 for streamline refinances) for all loans processed  at our corporate offices (if you don’t have the staff).

All income is W-2, but you run your branch as your own business. You will receive a P & L and can withdraw pay roll twice a month.

We do not license 1 person shops. However, if you currently have a commercial location and have plans for expansion, we would consider your application, depending on your current average closed loan volume.
